At Fisher’s Backyard Structures, we stand by our work. Whether you purchased a kit from us, or we installed the structure for you, we want you to be completely satisfied with the result. If you are not happy with the end product, we will do what it takes to make it right.
Our backyard structures are covered by a 10-year Limited Warranty backed by the manufacturer. This warranty guarantees that your gazebo, pergola, or pavilion is free from any manufacturing defects, will be installed properly, and – when properly maintained – will remain structurally sound. Also guaranteed by the manufacturer is that your structure’s wood will not rot or become termite infested, and that your vinyl will not crack.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging, which will happen to any product that is regularly exposed to the elements. This warranty also does not cover storm damage.
